Customized Rubber Crownning Soft Calender Roller Oil Circulation
Soft Calender roll comprises a massive steel shaft, steel shell and fixed bearing arrangement on the shaft. The hydraulic hoses are equipped with fast couplings.
The oil pressure between the shaft and shell automatically controls against linear load to maintain uniform linear pressure distribution through the entire nip. Crown correction of the roll can be manually controlled from the control panel, primarily used in the calender machine of the paper machine line.
